I’ve silenced many storms
In over 25 years of leadership and strategic positions in an international enviroment I have served as a strategic advisor to the executive and senior management teams on organizational, cultural, leadership and management challenges, it has become evident that:
I thrive on challenges
- At 29, I led intense disciplinary committees in a company with over 500 employees, and also played a key role in crisis management during the restructuring of a company with branches across Slovenia
- At 35, as a strategic HR professional, I took over and successfully managed an acquired sales-focused company that was the main market competitor prior to the M&A process. Three years after the acquisition, I effectively integrated it on systemic, process, and cultural levels.
- My expertise lies in rapidly changing environments within the high-tech and fintech segments, crisis management, and company restructuring.
I am a driver of change and transformation
- At 29, I successfully introduced a new pay reward system after intense negotiations with a strong and prudent trade union.
- I created and implemented tailored remote performance management systems with an emphasis on clarity of direction, productivity, inclusion and accountability in companies present in the US, UK, SLO and Singapore.
- As a strategic HR lead, I oversaw cultural transformation processes from family-owned to corporate-owned organizational structures.
- Withing the fast-paced business enviroments, I conducted organizational redesign every two years because I believe that continous change is essential for future success.
I am a global citizen
Working across various countries and continents, including Scandinavia, Benelux, Central & Southern Europe, UK, USA, and Singapore. Understanding diverse cultures is my strength, and I believe that the strength of teams lies in their multiculturalism. I am fluent in navigating different time zones and have a strong native online presence.

My philosophy
What is My Purpose
My primary goal is to drive positive change in the world by helping influential leaders make a significant impact within their organizations, communities, and networks. With my coaching support and guidance, these leaders will inspire and propel others to reach their full potential and contribute to a better society as as whole.
What I stand for
I am deeply commited to understanding the truths of existence and acknowledging the boundaries of our perception of reality. I constantly challenge the status quo and excel at overcoming self-defeating habits. My approach involves seeking solutions by embracing the unknown with courage, curiosity, and determination. I strongly believe in everyone’s right to explore, discover, and express their true authenticity.
Throughout my life, I have strongly believed that the world would be vastly improved if people deeply contemplated their authentic selves. Many struggle with issues related to meaning and purpose, influenced by misguided portrayals of power in social media, movies, politics, materialism, advertising, and ego, As a consequence, despite living in a era of substantial societal change driven by digital technologies, we find ourselves increasingly disconnected from our true selves.
I am confident that the world’s challenges can be addressed through kindness, connectedness, wisdom, courage, mindfulness, empathy, acknowledgment, of freedom of choice and finally, the truth. These values form the cornerstone of both my personal life and my professional coaching practice.
However, truth can be “expensive”. It involves facing personal resistance and navigating emotional struggles and societal pressures linked to honesty. In some cases, there are also financial implications, time and effort, and systemic resistance. All in all, in a world where the value of deception is more common that the value of honesty. Nonetheless, it is necessary for our growth journey.
The power of TRUTH
The truth grounds you. It gives you meaning and purpose. It helps you focus on the here and now. It enables you to see the essence of being and encourages you towards truthful doing. It brings you joy packed in small portions. It empowers you with your inner wisdom. And finally, it connects with your soul.
Living authentically fosters an acute awareness of the transformative power of GRATITUDE. I am resolute in my calling and my ability to empower my coaching practice to reveal the boundless beauty, talent, and potential of my clients.
