Coaching is all about helping individuals transition from their current state to a desired future state. It involves working closely with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process to motivate them to achieve their highest personal and professional potential. This is achieved through asking the right questions and providing feedback without judgment. A good coach believes that their client can surpass their limitations. Therefore, a key aspect of effective coaching is to support the client’s core identity, as it reflects who they are as opposed to who they could be.

As a certified transformational coach, I am dedicated to providing a range of coaching techniques, customized programs, personalized sessions, and tailored workshops to meet your unique needs.

Identifying the coaching method that aligns with your goals and understanding what to expect from each is the initial step in our collaborative journey.

Coaching Impact

Self-Assessment

I provide coaching services for experienced leaders. I start by conducting a leadership assessment to identify the specific areas where my clients need to change their behavior in order to achieve their goals.

Commitment to Change

Upon completion of the assessment, I share the results with my clients while ensuring confidentiality. If they agree to make changes, I stand by them, supporting their growth in their chosen areas. I encourage clients to openly communicate their efforts to change with key individuals around them and teach them how to listen to ongoing suggestions without prejudice.

Leadership Feedback

At the midpoint and end of the program, I gather feedback from the client’s leader and others who were initially interviewed. Achievers may find it challenging to admit the need for behavioral change, but with commitment and a fair chance, positive results can be achieved! This not only benefits the clients themselves but also those they impact.
